The location was convenient, being next to a small grocery store and just next to the train station. It was easy to access transportation and explore the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful interior designs.

The area around the hotel was slightly rough, which may concern some guests.

i had a nice stay, with location close to transport. it was in an incredible place. what's more, i was not far from a grocery store right there as well as bakeries.

Nice to have TV set with satellite channels, central heating and a microwave oven available. Setting really close to bakeries and transport. I tried some drinks at bar Le Zinc du Nord, located 5 minutes away.

I recently stayed at Livinparis and it was perfect for our family trip. The apartment was clean, spacious, and just steps away from Gare du Nord. The three bedrooms with queen size beds and the well-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable. Hasan, our host, did a fantastic job explaining everything. The location was convenient, especially for Eurostar travelers, and there was a nearby supermarket. I definitely recommend this property for big families or small groups.
